Aerobics
Aerobics program is an ongoing program that incorporates
a warm-up segment with stretching, a Cardio segment followed by a cool
down, abdominal work and stretching.
Classes offered:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday
9am-9:45am (low-impact)
Monday, Wednesday & Friday
10am -11am (hi/low aerobics)
Tuesday & Thursday 6pm-7pm (hi/lowstep)
Fees: Residents: $12.00
Non-Resident: $30.00
Resident Senior: FREE Non-Resident Senior:
$25.00.

Descriptions
Totally Low Impact:
A
low impact class. Includes a warm-up with
stretching, a low-impact aerobics session with weights, and a cool-down
stretch.
Hi/Low Step:
A high/low aerobics class that includes a warm-up, and a high/low
aerobics segment. Weights and various equipment are used for toning with
an abs training and stretching segment to finish out the class.
Wednesdays & Thursdays.
Body Sculpting
Shape up; Join Body Sculpting now!
A one-hour cardiovascular strength training exercise
class that shapes and tones your entire body. Class time: Tuesdays
and Thursdays. 7pm-

Iron
Yoga
Restore your inner vitality! Yoga postures and Pilate
type movements done that can improve
your flexibility, concentration, energy and much more. Class is for
all ages and fitness levels.
Sessions run continuously at 4-week lengths. (8 classes) Classes
offered on Mondays and
Wednesdays from 6:45-7:45 p.m. Fees: Resident Members: $22.50.
Resident Non-Members: $27.50. Non-Residents: $32.50. Equipment
needed: A yoga mat, 1 bath towel, water and an open mind!
