YOUTH BASEBALL/SOFTBALL REGISTRATION-
The NEW registration period for Youth Baseball and Softball is February 13
-29th and is for residents only.
PUT SOME SPRING INTO YOUR STEP-
Doctors and fitness experts recommend walking 10,000 steps every day as a
way to maintain a healthy weight and exercise your heart. Why not start a
walking program? Wearing a pedometer is an easy way to track your steps. If
you have any health concerns seek your physician’s advice prior to starting
or changing your exercise routine. Walking logs are available at the front
desk.
SWGHC WELLNESS CLINICS-
Blood pressure screening 1st Tuesday every month, 9:00 a.m.—12:00 p.m.
Glucose screening 3rd Wednesday every month, 8:00 a.m.—9:30 a.m. Stop in and
get your blood pressure and blood glucose checked. Fasting is recommended
for blood glucose test, but not required.
