Come join us to learn how you can join your community in the fight against

SUMMER JUNIOR GOLF LEAGUE

A bus will transport the boys from the Recreation Center to and from the
course. There will be trophies and a party at the end of the season.
INDOOR POOL RENTAL:
If you are interested in having a birthday party, family reunion or a
friendly get-together, rent the indoor pool.

Fees include the pool area rental and party room which is the snack bar

A rental deposit (50%) must be paid at the time of the contract signing. The
remainder is due the day of the party.
Renters are responsible for clean up.

Requests for refunds must be presented in writing on week prior to the

WATER PARK 2012 RENTALS:
If you are interested in having a birthday party, family reunion or a
friendly get-together, rent the patio area at the Water Park.

Fees include admissions, swim passes (valid all day), private rental to the
patio area. Patio area is valid for three hours. An additional $6 per person
per resident and $8 per person per non-resident for counts above the number

WATER EXERCISE
Monthly on-going sessions will be offered. The Aquatics Department offers
medium-high intensity water exercise, water walking, deep water, and
Arthritis water exercise. Current class offerings are located at the front
desk. Registrations will be taken the last week of each month.

SILVER SNEAKERS MUSCULAR STRENGTH AND RANGE OF MOVEMENT

Have fun at move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to
increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living
skills. Handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered
for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Limit 30
participants per class. Bring your photo ID and insurance card to the front
desk Monday—Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to see if you are
eligible.
SILVER SNEAKERS YOGASTRETCH

YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated
and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a
variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of
movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote
stress reduction and mental clarity. Limit 30 participants per class. Bring
your photo ID and insurance card to the front desk Monday—Friday between
8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to see if you are eligible.
SILVER SPLASH

Activate your aqua urge for variety. Silver Splash offers lots of fun and
shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular
endurance. No swimming ability is required. A special kickboard is used to
develop strength, balance and coordination. Limit 30 participants per class.

IRON YOGA-LATES’

Restore your inner vitality! Yoga postures and Pilate’s type movements done
properly can improve your flexibility, concentration, energy and help cope
with PMS, menopause, back pain and put some inner peace back into your busy
life. Bring light hand held weights (1-5 pounds each), a mat or beach towel
and water. Monday class is more relaxation and stretching. Wednesday class

PUT SOME SPRING INTO YOUR STEP
Doctors and fitness experts recommend walking 10,000 steps every day as a
way to maintain a healthy weight and exercise your heart. Why not start a
walking program? Wearing a pedometer is an easy way to track your steps. If
you have any health concerns, seek your physician’s advice prior to starting
or changing your exercise routine. Walking logs are available at the front
desk.

recommended for blood glucose test, but not required.
TURBO KICK
