This secure online service provides convenient inquiry and payment options at your fingertips. It is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
To use this service, you must have an active City of Brook Park tax account number. Account numbers are preprinted on forms or correspondence issued by this department. If you do not know your account number, please contact the Tax Department and reference Tax Connect.
Before using the ACH-Debit payment system, you must complete the registration form below.

- Verify authorized extension dates to avoid late fees
- Review estimated tax payments for proper credit when completing your return
- Pay estimated tax due
- Pay outstanding tax balances
- Pay penalty and interest assessments
- Submit payments using your checking account no fees incurred
- Submit payments using MasterCard or Visa credit cards convenience fee of 3.75% assessed
Important Notice:
Monthly and quarterly employee withholding reports and related payments must continue to be submitted via ACH-Debit or ACH Credit with the approved addenda record attached. Payment of additional tax due and/or assessment balances resulting from an original electronic funds transfer may be submitted online.
